At Bondi Sands, we want you to be completely satisfied with your glow, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from our official store. Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging to ensure safety and hygiene standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unused products in their original shipping box or similar protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
